Our website now displays prices that include your local tax rates. This will hopefully make your total purchase cost much clearer ahead of making your purchase with us.

The UK leaving the EU made things difficult for us shipping products into the EU, but integrating with the IOSS system makes things a lot simpler once again.

This only applies to orders below 150 Euros Nett (excluding shipping costs).

Orders below 150 Euros Nett

Any order below 150 Euros Nett on our website will have all your taxes pre-paid when you make the purchase. You will have nothing further to pay (all import fees and duties do not apply) and your goods will ship out to you as fast as possible without getting stuck in customs.

Checkpoints for European orders below 150 Euros Nett:

•  - Prices displayed on product listing and details pages will include taxes.
•  - Prices displayed at checkout will include taxes.
•  - Your order total will include taxes, and display how much tax was applied to your order.
•  - You will not be liable for any further taxes or import duties/fees in your country.

Orders above 150 Euros Nett

Any order over 150 Euros remains unchanged. Our website will not take payment of tax on products and you will still be liable for paying those taxes and duties at the point of delivery.

The prices of products displayed on our website remains unchanged (they include your local taxes), however, when you go to the checkout (with an order over 150 Euros Nett) the system will remove the tax from the product price, so you will not pay taxes or import duties up front.

Checkpoints for European orders above 150 Euros Nett:

•  - Prices displayed on product listing and details pages will include taxes.
•  - Prices displayed at checkout will exclude taxes.
•  - Your order total will exclude taxes. You will not see a tax summary of your order.
•  - You will still be liable for any taxes and import duties in your country.
