We have done a lot of work in the area of calculated shipping costs on our new website.

The system intelligently works out which shipping options are available for the contents of your cart to be delivered to your chosen shipping destination, and finds the relevant prices for those options.

In many cases, this means your order will have several shipping methods available to choose from, which are priced in accordance with the real cost to us to use that service to ship those goods to that destination.

Hot tip: View the cost of shipping your cart to your desination before going through checkout - get a shipping quote on the View Cart page! Simply enter your address info and click Get Quote to view all the options.

Smaller items can usually be posted at the cheaper "Letter" rate, in either untracked or tracked options. Over 500g in weight, it needs to be shipping using the Parcel rate.

Physically larger items need to be posted by a slightly more expensive "Parcel" rate. This also has untracked and tracked options.

These services are provided by Royal Mail, and delivery times can vary depending on your location.

Within the UK there are also Royal Mail Special Delivery and DPD Courier options, which will deliver "Next working day". We even offer a Saturday DPD delivery option, which can be chosen anytime the preceeding week up to 3:30pm on the Friday before the Saturday delivery should happen.

We also offer UPS Courier, which can deliver "Next working day" in the UK, and rapidly all over the rest of the world. Delivery times can vary depending on your location.

Please note:

Some goods can only be delivered by Courier due to being considered dangerous goods, including LiPo batteries and Fuel, so you will only see this option at checkout if your order contains restricted items.

Finally, if you are having goods delivered in the UK, we offer FREE shipping for orders over £100 - which I thought was worth a mention!
